Abstract

According to J. Salusu (1996) that the decision-making role in an organization, including organizational
principles will ensure that decisions are made correctly, and must include principles for effective action.
Based on the opinion above, decision making is one of the most decisive factors in the success of
achieving a goal. The ability to make decisions is one of the competencies that must be possessed by a
manager. The higher a person's position in the organization, the greater the impact of the decisions he
makes on the organization. This study investigates on the decision making using the AHP (Analytical
Hierarchy Process) approach to ensure the organization is being controlled and monitored with better
decision making by the higher level of management.
