The Relationship of Emotional Intelligence and Profession of Teachers Attitude Obstacles with Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Banjarmasin

This study was conducted to determine (1) the Relationship level of Emotional Intelligence and Profession of Teachers Attitude with OCB at MTs Teachers in Banjarmasin. The study results showed that (1) There was a relationship between the level of Emotional Intelligence with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Teachers of MTs All Banjarmasin. (2) There is a relationship between teachers' attitudes and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) Teachers of MTs in Banjarmasin. (3) There is a correlation between the level of Emotional Intelligence and teachers' attitudes with the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Teachers of MTs in Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin, then in empowering teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process in schools is to be responsible for the work environment to overcome various problems experienced when carrying out tasks so that they can be creative dynamic, (2) Research is showing the Attitude toward good profession is wrong one effect of school success, hence attitudes toward the teacher's profession are closely related to the personality, behaviour, and character of the teacher. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability internally to do relation vertically or horizontally, (3) this research is expected to be material for further research so that other developers can be obtained from the relationship of emotional intelligence and profession of teacher's attitude with the Organization Behavior Citizenship Behavior on different objects.
