Abstract

The objective of this study is to identify the success factors of business in saving and credit cooperatives. Therefore, the relationship between accounting management, accountant's quality of life, accountant skills, organizational commitment and organizational performance was examined. Data were collected from saving and credit cooperatives. The respondents of the study were the employees working in saving and credit cooperatives. A questionnaire was preferred to collect data from the employees of saving and credit cooperatives in Thailand. Convenience sampling was applied for data collection. Results of the study was approached by using statistical software. Outcomes of the study highlighted that accounting management has positive effect on organizational commitment. It also has positive effect on organizational performance. Furthermore, accountant's quality of life shows positive effect on organizational commitment. In the same direction, it has positive effect on organizational performance. Third, accountant skills have positive effect on organizational commitment. Similarly, accountant skills have positive effect on organizational performance. It is also found that; organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational performance.
