Abstract

The use of machine translation seems quite limited in the field of literature and in light of recent developments, exploring its utility in the literary sense is only logical. This article reports on a qualitative analysis of translation experiences of graduates for machine translation and post-editing activities, in an attempt to incorporate this technology into this specific field. The study results show that the two are not widely developed and more work is needed within the literary context. Our results show that this study will help to pave the way for machine translation and post-editing activities to be incorporated in the field of literature.
