Abstract

Pancasila as the view of the Life and foundation of the Republic of Indonesia, no doubt its greatness, although several times tested its existence, Pancasila until now still sturdy and animated the nation of Indonesia. That is why, we always commemorate the birthday and the supernatural powers of Pancasila. Ideas and ideas and the content of Pancasila contains local wisdom in the form of ideas, minds, philosophy excavated from various perspectives of science, including the cultural viewpoint. That is why, until now Pancasila always dwell in heart rate and the pulse of every human society of Indonesia. The idea of the grain of Pancasila, revealed through the manuscript of the Sundanese XVI century. Entitled Sanghyang Siksakanda 'Ng Karesian (SSK), Amanat Galunggung, and Sanghyang Raga Dewata (SRD). SSK III, spelled out through the Panca Tata Gatra, consists of: 1) Sembah Ing Hulun at Sanghyang Panca Tatagatra, meaning five words of obligation to worship Sanghyang the Almighty as a natural guide. 2) Panca Gati, take care of the deck escape ring of Pancagati Sangsara, five conditions of the default human behavior that is decent and unworthy, which requires scales of justice and wisdom. 3) Panca Byapara Kusika, which is five natural sheath, Akasa, Bayu, Téja, Affi, Pratiwi, consists of air, wind, light, water, and land, which must be united. 4) Panca Putra, consisting of Kusika, Garga, Mésti, Purusa, Patanjala, which are five personification/human manifestation as the incarnation of Pancakusika, the livelihood of the people of Nusantara, which are farmers, panyadap (sugar maker), Hunter/Warrior, nobleman, and King as the state charger. 5) Tri Tangtu di Bwana/Bumi, Jagat Palangka in Sang Prabu, Jagat Darana in Sang Rama, Jagat Kreta in the Resi (Amanat Galunggung, Recto III), which is three pillars of nation and state. This paper is examined through a method of descriptive analysis research, involving the method of philological studies, historiography, and cultural studies in general, which is expected to reveal the local wisdom of the idea of Pancasila that is buried in the ancient Sundanese XVI cemntury manuscript.
