Abstract

Influence of Knowledge Management and Collaboration on Regency/City Local Government Innovations in South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge management and collaboration, either simultaneously or partially, on organizational performance through intellectual capital in Regional Government Organizations namely Regency/City Governments in South Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted at the South Sulawesi Regency/City Government Organization. This research used a quantitative approach. The results showed that knowledge management and collaboration, either simultaneously or partially, had a positive effect on innovation in the South Sulawesi Province Regency/City Government apparatuses organizations. Compared to collaboration, knowledge management is an aspect that plays a greater role in increasing innovation.
