Abstract

This study aimed to verify the level of teaching performance of Islamic education teachers in the intermediate stage in the State of Iraq in the light of quality assurance standards from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of (164) assistant teachers and teachers, including (82) assistant teachers and (82) teachers from Anbar Governorate in the State of Iraq during the academic year 2020/2021 AD, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed that measures quality assurance standards for the teaching performance of Islamic education teachers. It consisted of (49) paragraphs divided into three areas: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study revealed that the level of teaching performance of teachers of Islamic education in the intermediate stage in the State of Iraq in light of quality assurance standards from the point of view of assistant teachers and from the point of view of teachers was high. The field: "Evaluation", and the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance of Islamic education teachers in the intermediate stage in the State of Iraq in the light of quality assurance standards from the teachers' point of view, according to the job variable (assistant teacher, teacher).
