Iraq And the Assumption of Alternative Strategic Partnerships: (The European Union and China as A Model)

Abstract

Restoring Iraq's regional and international role requires moving towards real economic and commercial partnerships. Internal construction processes will necessarily be a tool for translating a vital foreign policy. Accordingly, Iraq has set out to build such partnerships, specifically with the European Union and China, as they represent a global weight in the political, economic and security aspects. And such partnerships will be, from Iraq's point of view, the important opportunity to eliminate many crises and restore the regional role, at least for the time being. They can be accelerated steps towards achieving rapid economic growth and sustainable development.
