Abstract

This study aims to compare the Implementation of the Village Fund Program in Mandalawangi Village, Salopa District and the Implementation of the Wargakerta Village Fund Program, Sukarame District, Tasikmalaya Regency. For this purpose, we assessed the effect of Standards and Targets, Policy Sources, Communication between organizations, policy implementation, characteristics of the executing agency, attitude of the implementers or disposition, and social, economic and political environment on policy implementation. This research used quantitative approach and the data collected with the help of selfadministered questionnaire. The response rate was 61.2 percent. PLS-SEM technique used to test the hypothesized model. For this purpose, smart PLS 3.2.9 was used. The results of the study supported the hypothesized model that Standards and Targets, Policy Sources, Communication between organizations, policy implementation, characteristics of the executing agency, attitude of the implementers or disposition, and social, economic and political environment significantly affect the village fund program policy implementation. At the end researcher compared the program implementation in both villages and found that the Mandalawangi Village are better.
