Abstract

This paper discusses the subject of bilateral agreements for opposing and adjacent countries to determine the boundaries of marine. This study includes both those agreements in the Gulf region and in other than that region. Specifically, our study discusses four main parts. Firstly, maritime boundaries define agreements generally. Secondly, discussing of demarcation agreements in the Arab Gulf and the thirdly, discussing the concept and delimitation of maritime borders in the Arabian Gulf. Finally, discussing the territorial sea and the adjacent region of the neighbouring countries. Therefore, a comprehensive study is introduced to classify and clarify the equitable partitions of natural resources in the Arabian Gulf.
