Abstract

Sports control as technological know-how turned into now not mentioned within the sciences that serve sports activities besides in specialized sports activities establishments and bodies that used to prepare their college students to work within the fields of schooling and supervision in faculties best, and with the passage of time and the urgent need, the administration started to seem true and become linked to bodily training and sports activities via organizing diverse tournaments along with games the Olympic, global cup, and other neighborhood and global championships were laid down the rules and standards for them, as the administrative our bodies commenced to rely upon specialization, experience and competence, and the qualification publications started for athletic leaders of all kinds. The cutting-edge studies aimed toward figuring out the executive boundaries within the directorate of teenagers and sports activities in the town of Mosul from the point of view of the administrative workforce, and for that, the researcher used the descriptive approach within the survey approach for its suitability to the nature of the studies, on a pattern together with (forty-one) individuals of workers in sports clubs. the use of the suggestions, fashionable deviation, percentage, correlation coefficient, in addition to the T-take a look at as statistical approach to reach the study's results. The researcher concluded that the clubs and sports activities inside the metropolis of Baghdad be afflicted by organizational barriers that negatively have an effect on the institutional sports paintings within the metropolis.
