The assessment of the implementation of the 5S work attitude serves as an evaluation of the company, to make improvements so that the level of employee productivity increases. The application of working principles at PT CDE needs to be managed on an ongoing basis so that the company can achieve success in processes and results. The 5S principle (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, setsuke) is one of the working principles that originated in Japan and has been widely used in large companies around the world. The type of research chosen is descriptive qualitative by conducting data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with production operational employees. From the results of interviews and observations, it was concluded that the implementation of the 5S work culture at PT CDE in general was in accordance with the 5S work attitude, but there were still work attitudes that had the predicate "Quite Effective".
