Abstract

The measure of attitudes is one of the important methods that indicate the readiness of the individual and his satisfaction with the profession of his choice and this gives us a clearer picture of the importance of measuring attitudes among the educational staff (Al-Tai, 2003) and hence the importance of research in identifying the level of creativity and personal patterns of the professors of the College of Physical Education Sports Science - Al-Qadissiya University and its impact on the trend towards action using the Vienna Test system.
