Abstract

The issue of management morals has become one of the topics that should receive increasing attention at the present time due to many reasons, foremost among which is the increase in moral scandals and criticism directed at business management and the standards it adopts away from a moral and transparent framework and the spread of embezzlement, bribery and abuse of influence. Legal controls, organizations need more high standards and work ethics, by defining their relationship with employees, customers, organizations, society and the environment, as well as reviewing concepts related to the goals of institutions The study dealt with the concept of management ethics, its sources and classification, and then the ethical theories in global administrations (Western and Japanese), then dealt with the ethics of Arab management and Islamic management, and through that a comparison was made between those departments through the areas that affect management ethics to determine the extent of their commitment to management ethics and the impact of So on competitiveness
