Abstract

In the modern age, health tourism has an impact on improving community services. For this purpose, there are a series of economic activities, among of them, communication skills and Geographical education are the best service for traditional health travelers for broken bones in west bandung. Therefore, the current study purpose is to find out whether communication skills and education are the best service for traditional health travelers for broken bones in west bandung (Indonesia). This research is qualitative in method and a case study in approach. Through data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentary studies, this article follows Miles and Huberman's interactive models in analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of people's skills has brought blessings to the flow of health tourists to West Bandung, precisely at Citapen Village of Cihampelas. The blessing is in the form of community economic improvement and rural infrastructure development. However, it also has an impact that can be a burden on the population, namely the presence of pollution and health waste in environments that were previously very comfortable.
