Abstract

The issue of professional motivation development of future teachers is a significant problem, which requires the analysis of a number of psychological phenomena and empirical study of the readiness of future teachers to work in the context of the new paradigm of education. Therefore, the article deals with the problem of professional motivation development of future teachers of secondary school. The approaches, principles and stages of the model of the formation of professional motivation of future teachers on the basement of project-based activity are described. The issues of readiness of future teachers to work with students in the context of the new paradigm of education relying on motivational, cognitive and procedural components are revealed.
