Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of training competitive specialists. The use of simulation learning technologies in the professional training of highly qualified specialists is one of the urgent problems of modern medical education. Based on a brief review of scientific research, the authors come to the conclusion that various aspects of the problem were considered by doctors, teachers, psychologists, methodologists, etc. However, according to the authors, it is necessary to consider the problem of using simulation teaching technologies in the formation of students' readiness to model and imitate a clinical situation. The aim of the study was to improve the use of simulation teaching technologies in the formation of students' readiness to model and imitate a clinical situation. Having studied the scientific research of the authors (foreign, domestic and authors of the post-Soviet countries), the authors come to their own understanding of the content of the concept "The use of simulation learning technologies in the formation of students' readiness to model and imitate a clinical situation". Theoretical substantiation and their own understanding of the content of the above concept gave the authors the opportunity: to monitor the use of simulation teaching methods in the formation of students' readiness to model and imitate a clinical situation; to develop, implement and test a methodology for using simulation teaching technologies in the formation of students' readiness for modeling and imitation of a clinical situation. The following complex of methods of psychological and pedagogical research was used to obtain a reliable result: survey, testing, observation, experiment. In the course of the research, the authors confirmed the working hypothesis that improving the professional training of medical students will be successful if students acquire knowledge on the use of simulation learning technologies in medical practice, as well as practical skills and abilities to model and simulate a clinical situation. Based on the analysis of the research results, the authors came to the conclusion that the developed "Methodology for the use of simulation learning technologies in the formation of students' readiness to model and imitate a clinical situation" is effective and can, in their opinion, affect the demand and competitiveness of graduates of a medical university in the labor market.
