Abstract

The term "social responsibility" was first introduced in the 50s of the twentieth century, but it was not until the 90s of the twentieth century that Vietnam began to approach and research this content in various sciences, such as philosophy, economics, sociology, jurisprudence. Until now, the study of the law on corporate social responsibility under the view of jurisprudence is still new to legal science in Vietnam. In this article, the author focuses on in-depth research on the state's role in implementing the law on corporate social responsibility.
