Abstract

The purpose of this study to make out a relation between teacher's effectiveness on the basis of teachers' experience. It has been observed a difference generally during the class conduction of teachers in coaching-classes or in schools. This study is an attempt to show that teaching experience can be a factor to determine teacher effectiveness. Related hypothesis were framed for testing this perception. In the study descriptive Survey method was used to collect the selected data. Random sampling technique has been applied in present research investigation. 200 Students of secondary schools of private sector, Govt schools and coaching institutes in integrated form had been chosen. 100 male students and 100 female students were selected for more calculating more precision in perception. Quantitative data analysis and interpretations through mean, standard error mean and t- test. Significant difference was found in students' perception towards the teaching effectiveness of teachers of schools and coaching institutes. This difference was also found in female students.
