This research is called Re-innovation of Community Management Set: Satokhaw Koh-Yai Local Specie, Krasae Sin District, Songkhla Province which has the purposes as follow 1.) Studying contextual conditions of the area which affect to appearances of Satokhaw Koh-Yai Local Specie 2.) Studying social changing conditions and chemical properties of Satokhaw Koh-Yai Local Specie 3.) To develop re-innovation of community management. This research is conducted in term of research and development by conservation and development of community identity plant by means of community action research process by utilizing qualitative data and laboratory experiment. Research Results: 1. Area contextual conditions of the island which emphasizes on small and medium plots of land scattered all across the island where humidity is blown from the lake, quantity of sunlight and landform of Koh-Yai affect to specific appearance of Satokhaw to become Satokhaw Koh-Yai which has characteristics differently from general Satokhaw such as size of the stem is not too big, number of pods and seeds are the same or close amount, containing low Uric Acid which can reduce effect to Gout patients, less pungent smell and it is not too spicy as it has little sweet flavor in it. Due to the uniqueness of the produce, it constitutes market demand in Songkhla Province and nearby provinces. 2. After studying social changing conditions and chemical properties of Satokhaw Koh-Yai Local Specie for 15 years ago, it is found that quantity of Satokhaw has reduced because agriculturists popularly cultivate Rubber Tree instead while the demand of Satokhaw increases as well as its seedlings and pods. Due to the laboratory experiment in order to find specific chemical properties, it is found Phenolic Compound, DPPH Antioxidant Activity and Antimicrobial Effect 80% of Satokhaw obtained by running Maceration Process for 48 hours.After analyzing oxidation activity and Antimicrobial Effect of Satokhaw's extract, it is found Phenolic Compound 1231.58 mg GAE/g dw, Antioxidant Activity is 684.48 mg AAE/g dw. For Antimicrobial Effect, it also indicates that Antioxidant Activity and Antimicrobial Effect extracted from Satokhaw can activate against S. Aureus. 3. For re-innovation of community management, Researcher has organized social process by cooperation with community groups, educational institutes to be aware of conservation of Satokhaw Koh-Yai to become the identity of community by forming Satokhaw Koh-Yai Community Learning Center to maintain the specific appearance of Satokhaw Koh-Yai as well as welcoming tourists by means of innovative approach and assesses the innovative development and form of community management by means of Performance Appraisal.
