Abstract

Teaching literature is identified as instrumental in ensuring social, mental, economic and political human development. Theories guiding the understanding of human development are recognized as a fundamental part of literature. Literature is identified as a critical ingredient in understanding one's selfregarding attitudes, values, perceptions, biases and even emotions. It can be used as a reproach for the treatment of human growth. It will also be an important part of human development information in each community. By seeking hidden meanings, themes, intuitions and motivations during the analysis of literature individuals are also able to develop their brain capacity to think critically. By expanding their thinking capacity, various crises arising as a result of interaction between biological and environmental factors can be solved. Apart from the understanding of self, literature is also related to the development of empathy. Literature is a key to improve personality and get benefit from the past to enter the present so as to understand and control the future. That is the reason, teaching literature makes people's life enjoy and happy relationship between patterners all over the world. Nowadays, look at literature as new technology for developing personality. Individuals can relate, think, In this way, literature will be a highvalue factor in how multicultural, linguistic and psychological mixing of other societies understands and teaches individuals to develop humanity, appreciate and describe the feelings, beliefs, experiences and perceptions of others from different ethnic groups, cultures or nations. Literature, therefore, nurtures both individual and societal development.
