Abstract

The present study aims to clarify the role of academic institutions in the United Arab Emirates in planning for administrative and legal training system through the establishment of specialized training departments to train and develop all human energies. The present study also sheds light on the obstacles that academic institutions face in achieving integration and coordination between the function of education and training. The study is concluded with highlighting the need to employ financial resources, human energies, and technical considerations in favor of promoting the development of various training systems in light of the directions of the United Arab Emirates and the legislative and administrative efforts to raise the efficiency of the performance systems of public officials.
