Enhancing Management Efficiency through Analysis of Efficiency Trends and Stability of IT-Service Companies

Abstract

This study was conducted to improve the management efficiency of IT-Service companies. We collected data over the last nine years and evaluated the relative efficiency of six companies and analyzed the variability and stability of efficiency. For this, it was modeled using the DEA/Window method and the results were derived. Through this study, it provided an opportunity to continuously improve the company's management efficiency by utilizing the relative efficiency and change trends of IT-Service companies.
