The objectives of this research were to validate the consistency of the structural equation model of publicprivate partnership in vocational education administration developed by the researcher with empirical data, and study direct effect, indirect effect and total effect of variables in the developed model. The data was collected with questionnaire. The sample was 540 medium-sized private entrepreneurs and above. The findings indicated that the developed model was consistent with the empirical data. good governance factor had total effect on public-private partnership in vocational education administration at the highest. It was followed by a leadership support factor, a social acceptance factor, a common goal factor, an incentive factor, a provision factor and a capability factor. Development guidelines public-private partnership in vocational education administration for sustainable development include that it is imperative to build good relationships between the government and private sectors by having good and adequate communication. The state must create real good governance for civil servants and organizations in order to build confidence and positive attitudes for the private sector to become reliable education partners.
