Project Citizen Learning Model Based On Portfolio for Education Competence towards Society 5.0

The purpose of this study is to produce competent teacher education, this is very important to strengthen the competence of educators in elementary schools in developing a portfolio-based citizen project learning model, realizing intelligent educators and community-centered integration (Society 5.0). More importantly, where students are expected to make the learning process fun, continue to grow and develop. The research context is expected to be able to generate motivation. This research is a research and development (R&D) which is adapted from the ADDIE development model. There are 5 stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation, using the DDR (Didactical Design Research) approach. This research was conducted at five 5 elementary schools in the city of Banda Aceh. Research findings from expert assessments, material experts, media experts and teacher learning practitioners in elementary schools show that the average category is very feasible to be used as a model of learning portfolio-based citizen projects in elementary schools.
