Government E-Participation Initiatives and Citizen Digital Engagement in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

Citizen Digital engagement and public participation are of great importance as it allows the citizens to express their ideas, opinions and suggestions on specific topics relevant to the society through various communication channels. E-participation utilizes the IT & communication tools for to enable citizen participation in policy-making process. The Primary objective of the current study is to produce a summary report by analyzing the Government E-Participation Initiatives and its influence on the Citizen Digital Engagement in Saudi Arabia.
