Abstract

The current research aims to test the impact of digital skills in building sustainable organizations for the Ministry of Communications, as well as observing the level of the ministry's interest in research variables and their dimensions, to come up with a number of conclusions and recommendations that contribute to improving their practice and adoption of these variables, and based on the novelty of the topic and its urgent importance for the ministry and its strategic leaders on the one hand, and the workers On the other hand, the researcher adopted the descriptive, analytical, exploratory approach in completing his chapters and discussions. Relying on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting primary data, so that the environment of the Ministry of Communications would be applicable, while the research community was the strategic leaders in the ministry and its subsidiaries, which include (the Ministry's Center, the Postal and Savings Company, the General Company for Communications and Informatics, the General Peace Company) and the research sample was intentional A quota included (156) of the leaders of the ministry concerned with digitization and the means of the modern era, who occupy administrative positions within its functional levels (general director, assistant director general, directorate official, assistant directorate official, department director, assistant director of the department). The number of its paragraphs is (61) paragraphs, to survey opinions about the variables investigated, as (134) of them were distributed, while (108) were valid for statistical analysis. (V.25- SPSS, V.3.3-SMART PLS) to analyze the primary data, with the adoption of descriptive inferential statistics methods represented in (normal distribution test, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity test, standard deviation arithmetic mean, relative importance, relative difference coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression coefficient, simple linear regression) to test the research hypotheses emanating from the main questions. The statistical analysis showed a number of results, most notably the presence of a statistically significant effect of digital skills in building sustainable organizations The results showed the ministry's reliance on creative skills in improving sustainable organizations.
