Abstract

The topic of justice is one of the topics that preoccupied human thought due to its association with other concepts such as value, moral, legal, political, anthropological and epistemological topics, which made it a closely related topic to many scientific and theoretical fields such as political philosophy, moral philosophy, law philosophy, and philosophical anthropology. Justice has become an important center for man in ancient and modern civilizations, through its many and different functions and through its true meanings of all the values and ideals that regulate the relationship of man to society, and man's relationship with the true self, whether it is anthropology or philosophical, and then it prompted man as a self that builds justice according to the center of power imposed by the state and society to which the individual belongs.
