Abstract

Nowadays, the Entrepreneurial Growth Process is being developed to improve the knowledge and skills of business actors regarding entrepreneurial management and to encourage business actors to manage their businesses with knowledge. This study aims to make an evaluation analysis using the CIPP model to analyze the success factors of the new entrepreneurial growth program in Bogor Indonesia. This research is descriptive evaluative research. Evaluative descriptive research is defined as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing or describing the current state of the subject or object of research based on the facts that appear as they are. The results showed that in the Context Dimension the New Entrepreneurship program was classified as very successful because it was supported by strong legal policies, program objectives that were following needs, positive program benefits, and appropriate program targets. The Input Dimension shows that the New Entrepreneurial Program is considered successful because it is supported by the condition of human resources and the appropriate condition of facilities and infrastructure. In the Process Dimension, several aspects need to be improved, namely the suitability of learning media and the suitability of learning methods. In the Product Dimension, it is necessary to improve the quality, especially in the aspect of skill application and business unit performance. In general, the implementation of the New Entrepreneurship Program in Bogor Regency can be declared successful.
