Abstract

The present study tackles one of the important topics that are closely related to Arabic literature. Symbolic semantics is an important linguistic concept that clarifies meaning. It is a word or an image that is placed in an artistic position that is accurate and adapted to what is intended to be communicated to the recipient. Hence, symbol is a semiotic rhetorical phenomenon that involves many aesthetic structures added to the ancient and modern written text. It also adds semantic dimensions to the partial contents within fictional works.
