Abstract

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Examine Cruise Tourists’ Behaviours In Cruise Trips. This Quantitative Study Collected The Data From 400 Tourists By Using A Questionnaire. The Data Were Analysed Through Descriptive Statistics In Frequency, Percentage, Mean, And Standard Deviation. Regarding Their Pre-Trip Behaviours, Most Cruise Tourists Took The Trips During Their Annual Vacations At About 4–7 Days For Holiday Or Leisure. The Tourists Got Information About Cruise Trips Through Social Media. Some Tourists Decided To Take Cruises By Themselves While Others Were Influenced By Family Members Or Relatives. Regarding Their During-Trip Behaviours, Tourists’ Cruising Companion Were Family Members. They Liked To Plan For Their Relatives, Or Have Friends Take Them For Shore Excursions. Their Favourite Activity On Cruise Was Casino, And In Shore Excursion Was Cultural Trip. For Their Post-Trip Behaviours, Most Cruise Tourists Shared Their Cruise Experience And Recommended The Trips To Their Friends Or Colleagues Through Facebook Or Page. Most Of Them Had Intention To Revisit.
