Abstract

One of the characteristics that clearly appear on the criminals of extortion is the lack of sympathy with the victim, despite the number of crimes that have continued and varied, related to the different forms of conflict that arose between human beings. surround it. Crime is a social and legal phenomenon, and there is no crime without a text. The crime of blackmail is one of the information crimes that resulted from the great and tremendous development in the field of information technology and electronic business, and although these electronic means have innumerable benefits, the negative aspects of these uses have appeared on the surface, and one of these negative aspects appeared in the form of (information crimes). At the forefront of the topic of combating information crimes comes what is known today as extortion in its form of electronic information crimes. Rather, it is one of the most horrific forms that harm the individual and society. Therefore, these societies, whether Arab or global, suffer from an increase in crimes, especially information crimes related to ethical aspects, and the development of Their methods and the increase in their patterns, especially with the social and economic changes that people are going through, which increase their factors, complicate the process of preventing them and limiting their incompatibility. Emotional death, which is called (internal death), as many studies have indicated that extortion criminals suffer from A deficit in emotional regulation, which means that most criminal individuals have difficulty processing their feelings, and some of them have very high degrees of emotional blindness and therefore have cognitive structures that the individual uses to process information about emotion through life experiences, and the reason for the high emotional blindness is the presence Unseen emotional schemata, and the levels of emotional blindness in individuals can increase its severity and increase when going through periods of distress. (Sheikhi, Issazadegan, Norozy, & Saboory, 2017) There is a negative relationship between Machiavellian beliefs, intimate relationships, and emotional intelligence. It is difficult for Machiavellians to differentiate between feelings expressed face to face. People with emotional blindness find it difficult to express their feelings verbally. They have a vague perception of emotions and they cannot differentiate between their feelings and the feelings of others. Others need intimate relationships but have imperfect empathy for others and an inability to communicate emotionally Machiavellians are manipulative, and Machiavellians are unable to differentiate between different feelings and are difficult to relate emotionally to others in long-term relationships. Central is (self-manipulation of others) Successfully, Machiavellians maintain low levels of emotion in their relationships and are unconcerned about ethical behaviour, as evidenced by their characteristic lying and deceitful behaviors. It has been proven that family relationships are related to the activity of stress response systems, specifically the axis of histrionic personality disorder, and its primary glucocorticoid product and cortisol, and about the relationship of cortisol to a disorder. Hysterical personality, points out researcher that the proportion of cortisol increases during the day with the increase in daily pressures, and thus generates discomfort and lack of relaxation, and this is related to hysterical personality disorder and is the first responsible for this disorder.
