Abstract

This research includes an introduction, two requirements, and a conclusion. (Whoever is obligated to spend on a person, he must pay 'fast[1]breaking zakat' on him, and whoever is not able to do so is not) at the jurists. The first requirement: Studying the legal ruling on jurisprudence. The second requirement: The judgment statement of this ruling on the jurisprudence rule: (Whoever is obligated to spend on a person, it is obligatory for him to pay 'fast[1]breaking zakat' on him, and whoever is not able to do so is not) It includes five issues: The first issue: judgment statement of the rule. The second issue: The evidence of the rule. The third issue: Applications of the rule. Fourth issue: Exceptions to the rule. The fifth issue: the aspect of the science of judgment statement of the branches on the rule.
