Abstract

The international community has long moved away from the possibility of its intervention to combat the phenomenon of corruption in a country. This is because it is a serious disease that all must participate in treating and eradicating in the future, even if it requires the intervention of international law in one way or another. There is a broad agreement between the national legislature and the provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption of 2003. Moreover, the new Iraqi Treaty Law (35) for the year 2015 has allocated more than one article to integrate agreements of an international character with the national legislation.
