Criminal Policy to Confront Homosexual Crimes.

Abstract

This paper explains the most important causes of homosexuality crimes and the factors that lead to its spread through dangerous behaviors in society and prove that these criminal behaviors are in fact a moral deviation that is not accepted by Sharia or custom, and highlight its evils and harms, and present them to the texts of Islamic Sharia, and the sayings of jurists, to show its invalidity and refute it, and homosexuality takes multiple forms, including the sexual relationship between a man and another man, which is known as sodomy, or between a woman and another woman, which is known as lesbianism, so it is an updated term given to deviant abnormal sexual practices with the other sex, unnatural, and outside out of the ordinary. And since the study concluded with the necessity of enacting penal legislation by tightening the punishment on the perpetrators of these deviant behaviors and without taking into account the consent of their adult parties, due to the serious effects of these crimes on society, as well as taking remedial measures for people involved in cases of homosexuality crimes penal.
