Abstract

Climate change is one of the tensions faced by cities, and climate change shocks usually occur in conjunction with other environmental, economic and political factors. The city's response to climate change mitigation and adaptation is crucial to how the city works and how it works. This study focuses on the technological side of smart cities as a way to enable the city to be able to face climate change and reduce emissions using Geographic Information System (GIS)
