Abstract

The Covid 19 epidemic has been creating clear evidence of the close connection between the sustainable development of society and the development of businesses, thereby promoting businesses to invest and pay more attention to activities that bring common value to the community. Vietnam is facing the Covid-19 pandemic, an epidemic that has many complicated developments, the number of infections caused by new strains is increasing and the Directive 16/CT-TTG of the Government's implementation of long-term social distancing in 20 provinces and cities has seriously affected the business situation of enterprises and the lives of most people in general and workers in the present time as well and in the future. Therefore, corporate social responsibility towards employees during the current epidemic period is very necessary. This study focuses on analyzing the current status of corporate social responsibility during the pandemic, the relationship of social responsibility with the development of enterprises and proposing solutions to further enhance corporate social responsibility during the pandemic.
