Abstract

The problem of establishing a direct telegraph circle between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was one of the problems that erupted between the two allies London and Washington during the Second World War, which researchers did not study and analyze despite its importance, perhaps because they focus on the events of the military and political war in its major fields in Europe and North Africa and the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, or their interest in other aspects related to the developments of the Gulf region in general and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular in their political and economic aspects related to oil, which is the most prominent factor affecting the contemporary history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
