COVID-19: It's Impact on Education and Economy.

The paper analyses the impact of COVID-19 pandemic across various industries in the state of Goa during the year 2019-20. It also identifies the industries that were severely affected by the pandemic in Goa. The study is descriptive in nature based on secondary data collected during the months of April and May 2021. The analytical tools used in the study are graphs and percentages. The findings reveal that the construction, financial services, mining and quarrying industries along with the education and tourism sector in the state of Goa have been severely affected due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. However, the performance of the agriculture and utility sector has improved during the COVID-19 pandemic in the state during the year 2019-20.
