Abstract

A systematic literature review is carried out to analyse the correlation among the Corporate Governance (CG) and the Voluntary Disclosure (VD) in the middle-east countries. The systematic review process follows the PRISMA mechanism in which the research analysis is taken from time period between 2017 and 2021. It would assist the investigators in determining the limitations from the review for achieving the core objective in order to enhance the diversity in corporate governance subjects. This paper explains the effect of CG and VD in the middle-east firms. The corporate governance mechanism plays an essential part in describing the corporate governance determinants and the voluntary disclosure level. The key attention of this article is to realize the effect of both external and internal governance systems on the annual records. Moreover, this would investigate the grade of conformity with the governing demands. The primary intention of the study is to express how the voluntary disclosure and the corporate governance could impact the information asymmetry among the managers and stakeholders in the middle-east organizational firms.
