In preventing the Covid-19 outbreaks that have hit the world, including Malaysia, the move to change the Teaching and Learning (T&L) methodology for General Studies courses (MPU) in universities across Malaysia from face to face to Distance Learning (DL) and online teaching must be maintained throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO). However, the implementation of T&L by DL poses problems, especially in terms of internet accessibility among the students themselves. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the accessibility level of MPU courses online for DL during the MCO period. This study uses a quantitative-descriptive approach to address the objectives of the study. A set of questionnaires developed through google form was distributed to 2365 students who are taking the General Studies courses at Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia University. The results show that the level of accessibility of courses among students was modest, at 77 percent. Although the remaining 17 percent of students were having difficulty accessing the internet, they still have limited access to their assignments provided in the Google Classroom and Edmodo platform. As for 6 percent of students whose internet accessibility is very low, the university offers alternatives to send their assignments through Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), direct call and postal delivery.
