Abstract

The issue in this study is how to combat business conspiracies in the procurement of goods and services by using current electronic procurement services (LPSE) and how to use existing rules and regulations to penalise those who engage in harmful conspiracy activities in project tenders. The goal of the study is to look into the issues surrounding the existence of Electronic Procurement Services (LPSE) to combat business conspiracies in the procurement of goods and services, as well as the implementation of current laws and regulations that provide penalties for those who engage in unethical conspiracies during tenders. project. Suggestion Each SKPD must coordinate their efforts in order for the e-tender to be executed effectively. To make e-tender as a method for purchasing goods and services possible, LPSE Pekanbaru City consistently puts out many efforts.
