Verses of Qur'anic Rules related to Divorce According to Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi (494AD) in his Taf Aseer l-Tahdheeb: Surat Al-Baqarah as a Model

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the deduction of jurisprudential rulings related to divorce in the interpretation of - Al-Tahdheeb - by Al-Muhsin bin Muhammad bin Karama, nicknamed Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi, through Surat Al-Baqarah as a model. The opinions of those who agree and disagree with it in a comparative manner, the jurisprudential rulings are inseparable from interpretation, since the Holy Qur'an is the main source of jurisprudence rulings and from it many rulings and reasons are derived. Glory be to Him, and what His surahs and verses guide to in a manner that achieves understanding and action in the Book of God Almighty, which enables the jurist and interpreter to deduce in a correct and correct manner.
