The difficult situation of covid 19, which the globe could never have foreseen or imagined, brought to its knees developed nations, states and most of all businesses everywhere in the world. The loss of lives and the serious cases that fill the hospitals were discussed. This situation brought a great imbalance in terms of the health sector and was reflected significantly in the political, economic, financial, social and social spheres. Businesses on the one hand and their executives on the other were faced with a chaotic situation, what way would they find to get out of the new crisis of this century, to close their activities which they had more effort and effort had set up by invest their whole lives for them, or continue on an unsafe and headless path. A decision had to be made as soon as possible, but the uncertainty was very frightening. On the other side was the state, which was also collapsing, its institutions were closed due to the spread of the epidemic, many sectors were not functioning, many services were blocked, port roads were difficult to move, universities and educational institutions in Albania . A very drastic situation and for the states which were found to be caught "in networks" What decisions had to be made in a very short time when every public service was not performed in public institutions and when the state was faced with the immediate need for reimbursement and financial support of many local businesses on the verge of bankruptcy, in front of individuals who had left their jobs and patients who sought not only health support and prompt medical treatment, but also economic and financial support. The purpose of the scientific work is precisely, the identification and analysis of the management of performance indicators in the university and academic staff, on which there is an immediate need to change the existing work style and implement new teaching practices, which the post-covid situation highlighted.
