Understand The Determinants of Applying of Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Technology with Thai Industry

Abstract

Nowadays, because of the great potential ERP has become the compulsory system for all businesses. The objective of this study is to investigate the challenges, strategy, outcomes, and critical success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in different industries. The data was collected from 25 in-depth interviews from different industries in Thailand that have adopted ERP to manage their business daily. This paper presents the common challenges, strategy, outcomes and critical success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
