The effect of the quality learning process and motivation to improvement of student learning outcomes in addition to the input selection. There are two factors external factors and internal factors that determine the quality learning process and motivation. The respondent are 103 students of Theology High School Tom Bozeman Wamena. This research was conducted using a quantitative research design with the type of correlational research to collect research data are questionnaires, observations, interviews and literature. This analysis of the research results used included descriptive analysis.
