This research work aims to highlight that, in manufacturing industry the production planning and control has direct impact and it also provide the basis for the results that, Production, planning, and control all have a direct and linear impact on the manufacturing sector's productivity, and they are all interdependent. Additionally, wages have been found to be linked to the productivity of manufacturing firms. A manufacturing company's productivity is directly related to the degree of safety applied in the facility. Additionally, it has been shown that the working environment has an impact on a manufacturing company's productivity.
