The aim of study is to identify the role of intellectual rules. To achieve the dimensions of smart leadership in the public company for food industries, the study literature showed the importance of intellectual rules. To achieve the requirements of intelligent leadership in the internal or external environment, from here came the central question of the research “What is the role of intellectual rules. In achieving the requirements of intelligent leadership” In order to answer this question, a hypothetical model was developed that reflects the relationship and impact between intellectual rules. To achieve the requirements of smart leadership, the research relied on the analytical descriptive approach, where 55 statistical forms were distributed randomly to the research community, represented by the General Company for Food Industries. There is a correlation between intellectual rules. And smart leadership in the company in question, if the relationship is positive and strong, and the results reflected a list of recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the company in question to benefit from the evaluation of the company’s leaders from time to time in order to achieve the dimensions of smart leadership.
