This research aims to find out the influence of work discipline, and work motivation on the employee
performance of BKB Nurul Fikri Bandung. The research method used in this research is associative research
with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire with the
number of respondents 40 teachers from BKB Nurul Fikri Bandung. The data analysis technique used in this
study is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 25 software program. The
results of this study indicate that simultaneously, work discipline and motivation have a positive and
significant influence on employee performance from BKB Nurul Fikri Bandung by 57,9 %. And partially,
each variable also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance from BKB Nurul Fikri
Bandung.
