Professional Competency Assessment System in Information Technology and Digital Content for Multilevel Profession Prediction

    Abstract

    The study aimed as follows. 1) Design professional competency assessment system in information technology and digital content for multilevel profession prediction. 2) Develop professional competency assessment system in information and communication technology and digital content for multilevel profession prediction. 3) Evaluate the results of the development of professional competency assessment in information and communication technology and digital content for multilevel profession prediction. The samples group used in the research were ten lecturers who teach information and communication technology at Phetchaburi Rajabhat University with at least three years of experience, using the purposive sampling method. The statistics used in the study are arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

    The study found the following. The evaluation of results of the development of professional competency assessment in information and communication technology and digital content for multilevel profession prediction showed the following. Overall, including five issues, the system issue has its performance at the most appropriate. The developed system can use for competency assessment and professional prediction. The system implementation found that the system has the ability to competency assessment and professional prediction with a highly accurate. It allows the system users to know the operational capabilities and suitability of the profession. Such a system can apply to other professional competency assessments to meet the needs.
